About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to provide strategic and operational leadership across its various teams, including finance, facilities, legal and compliance, safety and security, and IT. The successful candidate will also have oversight of the organization's early childhood education Academy and sports and fitness ministries. This role is pivotal in the company's mission to connect people and is ideal for an executive leader who thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment and is ready to contribute to the organization's growth and long-term sustainability. Key responsibilities for the COO include ensuring the efficient and effective operation of all teams, fostering a culture of stewardship, and supporting the organization's expansion. The ideal candidate will be a high-capacity leader, capable of bringing clarity and calm to complex situations, and will operate with conviction while remaining flexible.
