JOB DESCRIPTION:

Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
The Level C Technician supports maintenance operations by performing basic mechanical and electrical tasks, assisting senior technicians, and conducting routine inspections and preventive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

Perform basic troubleshooting and repair of mechanical and electrical systems
Assist in repairs and maintenance of complex equipment under supervision
Conduct lubrication, cleaning, and visual inspections
Follow safety protocols including LOTO and PPE requirements

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
2+ years of industrial maintenance experience
Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Good communication and teamwork
Time management and reliability

Preferred Skills

Exposure to PLCs, HVAC, plumbing, and welding
Familiarity with CMMS systems
Strong communication and teamwork
Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
Basic hydraulic and pneumatics troubleshooting
Reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics
Preventative maintenance procedures
