PROFESSIONAL AUTOMOTIVE   - SALES

Important Note: This ad is for top performing salespeople who have experience selling and are able to prove they are the best of the best in their industry. Our customers expect and deserve excellence, and we strive to exceed their expectations! This ad is designed to recruit top performing salespeople who are interested in joining the #1 sales team in the Houston market. This isn't "selling" the way you think. We are professional problem solvers.

We solve more problems, so we sell more! If you bring a coachable attitude and a desire to achieve we will teach you the rest!

How we pay:
This is a W2 employee position. The compensation plan is a tiered based compensation plan with a base draw. An estimated income for the first year is calculated to be between $75,000 to $100,000 for a motivated individual. ( All of our top salespeople earned over $150,000 + in 2025. How much did you make in 2025?) There is no cap or limit to the income earned . You will be paid on your individual performance! We do not guarantee the estimated income it is up to your Super Star Power.

• Willingness to ask for the sale once the right has been earned (not afraid of "no's")
