Commercial Lines Account Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager (CSR-level) to join a well-established independent insurance agency in downtown Metuchen, NJ. This role involves supporting a dedicated commercial book of business in collaboration with a Senior Account Manager and Producer. Ideal for someone who values a close-knit, service-driven team environment. Primary Responsibilities: Process endorsements, change requests, and certificates of insurance (COIs) Conduct policy checking; identify and correct discrepancies in AMS360 Maintain and follow up on loss control recommendations Log all transactions and maintain accurate account records Communicate with clients, carriers, and internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery Required Qualifications: 3–5 years of experience in commercial insurance account management Valid New Jersey Property & Casualty License Proficiency with AMS360 Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting Nice to have Insurance experience: Transportation Inland Marine Compensation and Benefits: Competitive base salary (based on experience) 401(k) with company match Health and dental insurance Paid time off (PTO) #J-18808-Ljbffr Stone Hendricks Group
