Wound Care Program Coordinator: Education & Care Leadership

Encompass Health

Encompass Health is seeking a Wound Program Coordinator to lead wound care services across our inpatient programs in Glendale, AZ. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to execute treatment plans, educate patients and families, and drive hospital-wide wound care education initiatives. The ideal candidate holds an RN, PT, or OT license with at least one year of wound care experience, CPR certification, and a commitment to continuous learning in a fast-paced, patient-centered #J-18808-Ljbffr Encompass Health
