Fleet Sales Associate
Top Talent Professionals
Job Description
Job Description
We’re looking for a Fleet Sales Representative who knows how to sell — not just respond to leads. This is a high-activity, relationship-driven role focused on growing fleet business across Texas and Oklahoma.
**** This is a hybrid role (3 days on-site- 2 days remote)
You’ll work directly with an OEM, managing inbound opportunities while actively building new relationships with fleet operators, contractors, and commercial buyers.
If you’re comfortable picking up the phone, building a pipeline, and closing deals — this is a strong opportunity to grow.
What You’ll Do
- Own the full sales cycle: prospect → quote → close
- Manage inbound leads while actively hunting new fleet accounts
- Build relationships with fleet operators, contractors, and commercial clients
- Quote trailer solutions based on customer needs and specs
- Conduct outbound calls, follow-ups, and pipeline development
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking in CRM
- Resolve customer questions and keep deals moving forward
- Stay on top of market activity and customer demand in TX/OK regions
What We’re Looking For (Non-Negotiable)
- Experience in fleet sales, trailer sales, or commercial equipment sales
- Strong ability to prospect, build relationships, and close deals
- Comfortable with both inbound and outbound sales activity
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Self-driven — you don’t need someone chasing you to hit your numbers
What This Role Is (and Isn’t)
This IS:
- A mix of inbound opportunities + outbound growth
- A relationship-driven sales role
- A chance to build a real book of business
This is NOT:
- A passive “order taker” position
- A role where leads do all the work
- A place for someone who avoids outbound activity
Why This Role Works
- Direct access to OEM-backed products
- Clear opportunity to grow accounts and territory
- Hybrid flexibility with strong earning potential
