Manufacturing Team Member Opportunity
Dexter Laundry, Inc., a recognized leader in the commercial laundry equipment industry, is growing! We're currently hiring full-time manufacturing team members to join our dynamic team in Fairfield, IA. Opportunities are available across fabrication, assembly, and material handling on all shifts.

Starting Pay: $20.68/hour After 12 Months: Over $26.00/hour + annual increases Shift Differentials Available
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Read blueprints and follow production schedules
- Sort, load, and move materials using forklifts (for material handling roles)
- Perform accurate assembly of machine parts
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow quality and safety procedures
What We're Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Forklift experience is a plus (for material handlers)
- Manufacturing experience preferred but not required
