Property Manager

Role Overview As a Property Manager at JLL, you will provide leadership to your team and outstanding customer service while managing a trophy Class A office building in downtown San Francisco. Responsibilities Oversee comprehensive property operations including budgeting, financial reporting, and variance analysis. Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing their needs promptly and proactively. Coordinate maintenance activities, capital improvements, and vendor management to maintain high property standards and operational efficiency. Prepare detailed financial reports, budget forecasts, and market analyses to support strategic decision-making for property owners. Manage lease administration processes including renewals, amendments, and tenant improvement coordination. Ensure compliance with all local regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements while maintaining comprehensive documentation. Perform additional tasks required to comply with Property Management Agreements, local ordinances, or to ensure property operations. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field. Real estate license required within six (6) months of hire date. 3+ years of commercial property management experience with demonstrated success in tenant relations. 3+ years of experience in budget development, financial analysis, variance reporting and CAM reconciliations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholder groups. Strong ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities. Proficiency in Yardi, MRI and Excel. Preferred Qualifications Experience managing Class A office buildings, retail centers, or mixed-use developments. Background in capital project management and construction oversight. Demonstrated experience with sustainability initiatives and LEED-certified properties. Compensation Estimated compensation: $137,500.00 – $165,000.00 USD per year. Location On-site – San Francisco, CA. Visa / Work Authorization This position does not provide visa sponsorship.
