• Pay: $20–$21/hr + Bonus
• Where: Omaha, NE Branch
• When: M–F, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

• Greet customers with a professional, helpful attitude—on the phone and in person.
• Capture and document issues on commercial cleaning, restoration, and surface prep equipment with precision.
• Build clear, complete repair and maintenance work orders every time.
• Proactively call customers to review service needs and schedule work to keep the shop fully utilized.
• Coordinate the shop: manage workflow, streamline communication, support technician efficiency, and keep paperwork tight.
• Track quality and productivity goals—and make sure the team hits them.
• Maintain accurate parts inventory and stock levels.
• Deliver parts to local vendors when needed.
• Keep the workspace clean, organized, and professional.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards—every time.
• Be dependable, punctual, and professional; pitch in with other duties and occasional overtime.

• Microsoft Office proficiency and solid general computer aptitude.
• Comfort lifting and carrying 50+ lbs. regularly.
• Professional presence and demeanor.
• Service or repair environment experience (preferred).
• Delegation skills that lift overall team efficiency.
• Valid Driver’s License.
