Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and motivate the sales team.
- Build on existing processes to improve quantity and closing of Internet Leads, Phone Inquiries and Showroom Visits.
- Foster a customer-first culture with strong relationship-building and follow-up systems
- Manage aspects of inventory: purchasing, allocations, appraisals, merchandising, and pricing strategy.
- Source inventory through private party purchase, service drive, and trade-ins
- Maintain optimal lot appearance and ensure all vehicles are properly tagged and ready for sale
- Desk deals, track revenue and retail delivery performance, and manage inventory turn times
- Monitor factory-sponsored programs and ensure full compliance with F&I operations
- Deliver exceptional leadership while maintaining high standards for performance and professionalism
- Lead through self accountability and team accountability.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3–5 years of dealership leadership experience, preferably in new and/or pre-owned operations
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a sales team to exceed goals
- Strong understanding of inventory control, profit and loss, and dealership KPIs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of CRM (Elead), DMS (Reynolds), Inventory Management (vAuto) and other platforms.
- Professional appearance, strong organizational skills, and a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings
