ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Treasury Specialist to join our team at Pura Vida Miami. As a Treasury Analyst, you will support the day-to-day operations of the Treasury Department, ensuring the accurate management of cash flow, banking activities, and financial risk. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience looking to build a career in finance and treasury management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in daily cash management activities, including cash positioning, and Help monitor and track bank accounts and financial transactions. Support the preparation of weekly and monthly cash reports. Assist with maintaining relationships with banking partners and financial institutions. Participate in the administration of short-term borrowing and investments, ensuring compliance with company policies. Assist with liquidity management, ensuring sufficient cash flow to meet operational needs. Provide support in the preparation of financial and regulatory reports as required. Help with treasury systems management and process improvements. Monitor and track outstanding payments and collections. Assist with ad-hoc treasury projects and initiatives as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

2+ years of Treasury experience in high volume environment Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Word Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment. Basic understanding of financial statements and treasury functions is a plus. Eagerness to learn and develop within the treasury and finance function. Reliable transportation to work in office Monday to Friday in Miami, FL
