Carolina Energy Conservation of Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking a full-time Foreman / Crew Lead who can be a leader to a crew of 3 people with attic and insulation jobs. The crew Lead will be leading and helping with the job as they are not a go between with the homeowners. Using your leadership skills, you keep jobs running smoothly and complete projects on time. Approaching your role with an open mind you provide leadership that inspires your crew to feel supported and exceed goals!Aside from leading your construction crew, you oversee job production at different job sites and ensure customers are updated throughout the process. You use your excellent communication skills to provide individualized service, potentially upsell jobs, and seek to ensure complete customer satisfaction!
