Plan, schedule, and manage multifamily construction projects from inception to completion. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and on-site teams to ensure seamless project execution. Monitor project budgets and timelines, making adjustments as needed to stay on track. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards throughout all phases. Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns. Review and approve project plans, drawings, and specifications.
