Assistant Project Manager - Ground-Up Retail Construction

Commercial Construction Project ManagerAssist with managing ground-up retail and commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout. Support budgeting, cost tracking, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and project documentation. Review RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reports to keep projects on track. Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, field teams, and trade partners throughout the project lifecycle. Participate in site visits, project meetings, safety initiatives, and quality control efforts.3-5 years of commercial construction experience in a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager role. Experience supporting ground-up commercial, retail, education, industrial, or mixed-use projects. Knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration. Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction software. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills with a desire to advance into project management.Salary: $85,000-$105,000 + bonus. Annual performance bonus opportunity.
