Construction Project Coordinator – Support High-Impact Commercial Construction OperationsJob Overview:Company: Rapid Construction Solutions LLC.Salary/Pay Rate: $55,000 to $65,000 plus per year based on experience.Location: Ocoee, FL.Job/Employment Type: Full Time.Schedule: Monday - Friday.Project Scope: Commercial / Industrial Self-Storage.Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: None Required.The Opportunity:You will serve as the administrative backbone of our Project Management team, ensuring the seamless execution of large-scale construction developments. This role offers you the chance to manage critical project data and coordinate with industry professionals in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will play a vital part in maintaining the high standards of a company with over $100 million in successful builds.How You Will Make an Impact:Organize comprehensive project records and job folders using RedTeam Construction Management software to maintain operational transparency.Facilitate the permitting process by coordinating with government agencies and contractors to secure necessary licenses and approvals.Track and distribute vital documents, including submittals, RFIs, and change orders, to ensure subcontractors have the most current information.Manage the accurate filing of Notices of Commencement and other mandatory project documentation to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.Maintain blueprint version control by uploading and managing revisions to prevent costly field errors.Coordinate complex logistics, including travel arrangements and material deliveries, to support field Superintendents and site staff.Communicate professionally with vendors and subcontractors to resolve contract revisions and administrative inquiries.Required Qualifications & Experience:Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or project support role.High School Diploma or GED.Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook.Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced office setting.Preferred Qualifications & Experience:Prior experience working within a construction, engineering, or architectural environment.Familiarity with RedTeam Construction Management software.Formal training or education in Business Administration or a related field.Compensation & Benefits:Comprehensive health insurance package including Medical, Dental, and Vision.Paid Time Off (PTO) and Paid Vacation.Paid Holidays.Consistent Monday through Friday office schedule.Supportive team environment focused on professional growth and reliability.About Us:Rapid Construction Solutions is a recognized leader in the design and construction of self-storage facilities, rooted in quality and reliability.
