As a Recruiter, you will act as a strategic talent advisor partnering with business leaders to drive hiring outcomes aligned with organizational priorities. This role goes beyond execution, focusing on influencing hiring decisions, shaping talent strategies, and building long-term workforce capability across technical, managerial, and leadership roles.
You will play a key role in elevating how we attract, assess, and hire talent, ensuring we build strong pipelines for critical and high-impact positions across engineering, sales, and leadership functions.
You will be part of Koch Recruiting, supporting hiring efforts primarily for Molex operations in Guadalajara. The team collaborates closely with business leaders to drive talent strategies that enable operational excellence, growth, and long-term value creation.
What You Will Do
- Drive talent outcomes by designing and executing recruiting strategies aligned with business and operational priorities
- Build and lead strong relationships with hiring managers, senior leaders, and directors, acting as a trusted advisor on talent strategy and hiring decisions
- Influence and challenge stakeholders to ensure effective hiring decisions using market insights, data, and recruiting expertise
- Partner with leaders to proactively shape workforce plans, identifying talent gaps, risks, and long-term hiring strategies
- Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for complex and high-impact roles, including managerial, leadership, engineering, and technical positions
- Facilitate calibration discussions with stakeholders to define success profiles and align expectations for talent
- Design and execute scalable sourcing strategies that build strong pipelines for both current and future hiring needs
- Provide insights on talent availability, market trends, and competitive landscape to guide hiring strategies
- Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities in recruiting processes, tools, and stakeholder engagement
- Elevate the candidate experience and strengthen employer brand positioning in the local market
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Experience leading full-cycle recruiting in technical, manufacturing, or similarly complex environments
- Proven ability to partner with and influence stakeholders at multiple levels, including managers, senior leaders, and directors
- Experience hiring for a range of roles including engineering, technical, and managerial positions
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align recruiting strategies to operational and organizational goals
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality hiring outcomes
- Experience using ATS platforms and recruitment tools
- Advanced English

- Experience recruiting for managerial and director-level roles in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Strong understanding of technical skillsets across engineering, operations, or commercial functions
- Experience building proactive talent pipelines and long-term sourcing strategies
- Knowledge of structured interviewing, calibration practices, and talent assessment frameworks
- Ability to use data and insights to influence hiring decisions and improve recruiting outcomes
