Recruiter - Senior

Job Title: Sr. Recruiter / Talent Sourcer Location: Atlanta, GA or Fort Worth, TX (Hybrid - 2-3 days onsite) Duration: 3-Month Contract Key Responsibilities Source and engage qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS, referrals, and networking. Build talent pipelines for professional, technical, sales, and executive-level roles. Conduct initial candidate outreach and screenings. Present qualified candidates to recruiters with detailed notes and recommendations. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to support hiring priorities. Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Qualifications 5+ years of recruiting and/or talent sourcing experience. Experience sourcing technology, sales, or professional-level talent. Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and sourcing tools. Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Experience partnering with hiring managers.
