Senior Staffing Agency Recruiter

The annual base salary for this position is $66,150 plus competitive commission and bonus (base salary may vary based on state and local regulations).

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Creative Recruiter to join our growing Delivery team. The Recruiter will be responsible for qualifying new job opportunities with our clients, identifying and attracting qualified talent through outbound activities, and treating our candidates and consultants with a true white-glove experience. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic and goal-oriented environment and wants to further their career in recruiting.

To succeed in this role as a Creative Recruiter, you must be able to…

Researching candidate databases

Networking through social media and events

Creating and building a prospect list

Advise candidates on the keys to a successful interview, and debrief with candidates, hiring managers, and client services resources to gather feedback

Monitor and maintain accurate and detailed records of recruiting and candidate/account activities by updating business systems and databases

2+ years of Recruiting experience within a Staffing Agency

Recruiting experience supporting Fortune 500 companies

Experience recruiting creative skill sets; bonus if you have recruited both IT and creative roles (UX/UI, Marketing, Content Strategy, etc.)

Performance-based commission.
