Responsibilities include: Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end close Perform balance sheet reconciliations and maintain the general ledger Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable Process payroll and support multi-state payroll tax compliance Review expense reports and sales commission calculations Assist with annual audit preparation Prepare financial reports and supporting schedules Identify process improvements and resolve accounting discrepancies What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 5+ years of accounting experience Experience with month-end close and general ledger accounting Payroll experience (multi-state preferred) Strong Excel skills Experience with budgeting, reconciliations, and financial reporting Self-starter who enjoys working independently in a collaborative environment Interested in hearing more?
