Apply today!Electrical Assembler Responsibilities:- Assemble electrical and mechanical components using hand tools, power tools, and assembly fixtures - Follow detailed work instructions, drawings, and specifications to ensure product accuracy and quality - Perform visual inspections and basic quality checks throughout the assembly process - Identify defects, assembly issues, or material shortages and report them to supervision - Maintain clean and organized workstations in accordance with 5S and safety standards - Meet production targets while maintaining productivity and quality expectations - Accurately document completed work, inspections, and any required production records - Comply with all safety policies, procedures, and manufacturing guidelines - Collaborate with team members and support continuous improvement initiativesRequirements for Electrical Assembler:- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred - Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred but not required - Ability to read basic work instructions, diagrams, or blueprints - Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity - Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift - Basic math and measurement skills - Dependable attendance and ability to work assigned shifts (including overtime as needed) - Ability to work independently and as part of a teamIND124 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
