Holland Village , a senior living community, is seeking a Transportation and Scheduling Coordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities of Transportation Coordinator
- Assure the facility vehicles are clean and properly maintained.
- Fill vehicle with gasoline at pre-approved service stations.
- Assists as back up driver when one is not available to take residents to appointments.
- Assist residents in and out of the vehicle using the wheelchair lifts and/or stairs.
- Ensure residents are safely seated with seat belts or in wheelchair locking mechanisms.
- Account for all residents' presence when leaving or returning to the Community.
- Follow up with SNF residents with doctor appointments. Scheduling of doctor appointments
- Oversees driving staff schedules.
- Composes reports for monthly records.
- Call residents' rooms for morning reminders.
- Assist residents in wheelchairs during activities outside the Community.
