CDL Class A Driver / Owner Operator – Brand New Trucks & 24/7 Dispatch

Job Description:

Are you an experienced Class A CDL driver looking for top-tier miles, brand-new equipment, and dedicated 24/7 dispatch support? Whether you are a Solo Driver, Team Driver, or Owner Operator, we deliver the high-mileage routes and consistent freight you need to maximize your weekly earnings.

Based out of Chicago, IL, our growing fleet is hiring professional CDL drivers ready to hit the road with 4,000 to 5,000 guaranteed miles per week.

EARNING POTENTIAL & PAY OPTIONS

Solo Drivers: Earn 30% of Gross Revenue OR $0.70 CPM
Team Drivers: Earn 30% of Gross Revenue OR $0.75 CPM
Owner Operators: Keep 90% of Gross Revenue (Low 10% Flat Dispatch Fee)
Guaranteed Mileage: 4,000 – 5,000 Miles per week
Fast & Reliable Pay: Weekly direct deposit settled promptly—no games, no excuses.

EQUIPMENT, LEASE & FLEET PERKS

Brand-New Trucks Available: Drive late-model, fully equipped trucks for maximum comfort and safety on the road.
No Down Payment Required: Step into a late-model truck with $0 down. Affordable weekly truck payments ($750 – $950/wk depending on truck condition).
Turnkey Technology: ELD and electronic logging devices fully provided.
Plate & Trailer Program: Plate program and trailer access available immediately.
24/7 Dedicated Dispatch: Real human support around the clock to keep your wheels turning safely.

TRANSPARENT OWNER OPERATOR / LEASE PROGRAM We believe in 100% transparency so you can run a profitable business with zero hidden surprises:

Dispatch Fee: 10% Flat Rate
Insurance: $350/week
Trailer Fee: $200/week
IFTA: $50/week
Occupational Accident Insurance: $35/week
(Total Fixed Program Overhead: $685/week)

REQUIREMENTS

License: Valid Class A CDL License.
Experience: 1 to 2 years of verifiable CDL driving experience.
Language: Fluent in English (spoken and written per DOT standards).
Professionalism: Strong commitment to safety, on-time delivery, and reliable communication.
