Pediatric Dentist Opportunity – El Paso, TX
Our client is seeking a compassionate and motivated Pediatric Dentist (DDS/DMD) to join their thriving practice in Amarillo. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced providers and new graduates looking to step into a supportive, high-volume environment with an established patient base.

This well-established practice offers a strong foundation for success, including a loyal and growing patient base and a collaborative clinical team. The incoming provider will have the opportunity to focus on delivering high-quality pediatric dental care while benefiting from mentorship and operational support.
Compensation & Benefits
- $1,700 daily guarantee to start
- 35% of adjusted production
- W2 employment status

What We’re Looking For
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Pediatric dentistry experience or training preferred (but open to new grads )
- Passion for working with children and creating a positive patient experience
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset
