Immediate need for a talented Claims Specialist. This is a 12+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Plano TX (Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Job ID:26-21445 Pay Range: $20 - $25/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily communication with outsourced team and resolve daily issues and escalations
• Handle internal/external escalations from Service Partners, Field Ops & AR team
• Review requested labor rate with contract and upload the new rates into the system
• Assisting in auditing of warranty claims before warranty closing
• Compile and manage large amount of data from the system
• Prepare Ad Hoc reports related to warranty trends, cost, etc.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Good communication skills
• Advanced skills in MS Office (heavy use of excel)
