Four Rivers Community Health Center is a Federally Qualified Health Center. Our main focus is providing care to our community and those patients who may not be able to receive the care they need. We focus on the underserved population and have many programs that meet the needs of our patient population and that help to meet their social determinants of health.
Job Info
- Diagnose/ treat diseases and disorders
- Prescribe, dispense, and administer medications
- Maintain records of medical history and treatment
- Refer patients to Specialty care as needed
- Provide information and education to patients and family members
- Serve as collaborating physician to APPs
Qualifications, Skills, Education
Required:
- Board certification
- Graduation from an accredited school of medicine
- Completion of a residency program in primary care
