Position: Outside Sales Account Manager(Leadership Track)

We're hiring experienced sales professionals with a passion for leadership. If you're ready to take charge of a team, drive results, and step into a leadership role with long-term career growththis is your next move.

What You'll Do:

Lead & Motivate a team of outside sales reps to exceed performance goals
Drive Strategy & Growth by creating and executing sales plans
Coach for Success and develop future leaders
Build Strong Client Relationships and expand brand reach
Stay Ahead by analyzing market trends and adapting quickly

13+ years in sales or leadership (B2B preferred)
