Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist
PCI Pharma Services
Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist role supporting Corporate functions in Finance, Accounting, and IT/Technology across North America. Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for multiple PCI network sites.
Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer extension
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies and search plans with hiring managers
- Manage requisitions and candidate communications in Workday system
- Conduct interview debriefs and gather standardized feedback from interviewers
- Train hiring managers on effective interviewing and candidate assessment techniques
Requirements
- 5+ years full life-cycle recruiting experience
- 5+ years human resources or talent acquisition experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven recruiting experience for Finance, Accounting, IT, and Technical roles
- Experience with Workday Recruiting applicant tracking system
- Pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of employment law and HR policies
