Talent Sourcer/Candidate Acquisition Specialist

We’re looking for a relentless, people-driven Talent Sourcer who thrives on the hunt—someone who knows how to find, engage, and attract top-tier talent before anyone else does. This position is based in Bryn Mawr, PA. What You’ll Do: Proactively source and identify high-quality candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, and creative search strategies. Build strong pipelines of candidates for current and future openings. Engage candidates through calls, emails, and messaging with a high level of professionalism and persistence. Qualify candidates quickly and effectively to ensure alignment with client needs. Maintain detailed notes, track activity, and follow up consistently—nothing falls through the cracks. Partner with recruiters and leadership to understand hiring priorities and deliver results quickly. Continuously find new and better ways to source talent and stay ahead of the market.
