Brightway Insurance is looking for a motivated Insurance Sales Producer to join our growing agency in Oklahoma City, OK. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, helping clients find the right coverage, and growing within a sales-driven environment.
As an Insurance Sales Producer, you'll work with multiple top-rated insurance carriers to provide personalized insurance solutions for clients while building long-term relationships and generating new business.
What You'll Do
- Build relationships with new and existing clients
- Generate new business through calls, referrals, networking, and follow-up
- Help clients identify the right personal insurance coverage
- Quote and sell policies from multiple insurance carriers
- Maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service
- Meet sales and performance goals
- Participate in ongoing training and development

What We're Looking For
- Active Oklahoma Property & Casualty License
- Sales or insurance experience
