Office Services Person

:

As a Copy and Print Associate, you will be in charge of copy/print production, sort and handle incoming and outgoing mail/faxes. Also perform bindery, Quality Control and final check. This position works daily with Adobe programs and Microsoft products, Artistic /Creative Eye: The ability to recognize design elements on digital and printed material. Attention to detail is a top priority for all printed colors, printing quality, and margins.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• +1 year of related work experience.
• Personal vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office & Adobe).

Job Type: Full-time (1st shift).

Target pay: $17.50

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift: Monday - Friday (8am to 5pm).

Duties:

• Perform duties of scanning and /or imaging documents.
• Distribute office supplies, fax transmissions and mail to company personnel.
• Perform filing duties, which may include ‘purging' and archiving old documents.
• Run copy machines and perform binding and finishing work.
