Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Home Care Aide with a minimum of 2 years of experience working with another home care agency. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of being caring, compassionate, and committed to providing exceptional care to clients in need.

This role is essential for individuals who require assistance with daily activities such as bathing, eating, and personal hygiene. Our caregivers work primarily with elderly or disabled individuals in a home care setting, offering not just physical support but emotional encouragement and companionship.

Compensation: $17 - $20
** $150 Sign On Bonus (After 80 hours worked) - Additional $100 bonus after 160 total hours worked!

Caregiver Responsibilities:

Help clients take medication
Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor's appointments, walks etc.)
Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
Help clients complete physical therapy and other recommended exercises
Do the client's shopping or accompany them when they shop if needed
Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can't complete on their own, including preparing meals
Collect information about conditions and treatment plans from nurses, doctors and family members
Report any unusual incidents to the Care Navigator team
Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency

Caregiver Requirements:

Home Care Aide Registration - We can help obtain!
Proof of eligibility to work in the US
Previous caregiver experience preferred but not required
Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints
Must be respectful and compassionate with a good bedside manner
Outstanding communication, time management and interpersonal skills
Physical endurance to complete required tasks
High school diploma or equivalent
