Opportunity Overview: Position Location: Culver City, CA office. We follow an office policy with an expectation of five days per week working onsite. What You Will Achieve: Pre-live studio preparation & equipment setup Complete full on-site studio construction: lighting adjustment, background styling, designer toy sample display, and KT board visual merchandising. Test all live streaming hardware (cameras, microphones, fill lights, stream encoders) before broadcast to eliminate issues such as stream lag, blurry visuals, and audio static. Manage full TikTok Shop backend operations during live streams: upload/remove blind box & art figure product links, adjust inventory quantities, configure live coupons, pop-up campaigns, and flash sale modules. Monitor real-time inventory data to flag overselling risks in advance, and coordinate with overseas warehouses to adjust stock listing schedules. Support local US hosts in real time during live sessions: remind hosts of promotion timelines, guide audience engagement, swap display samples, and prompt in-depth introductions of core IP collectibles. Maintain smooth broadcast flow to avoid dead air and disjointed scripts, and remind hosts to respond to fan comments in a timely manner. Track real-time backend metrics during live streams, including concurrent viewers, average watch time, click-through rate, conversion rate, and average order value; adjust ad spend and promotional activities on the fly based on performance. Compile simplified post-live data review reports, document broadcast issues, traffic fluctuations, and conversion bottlenecks, and share optimization suggestions with the Live Stream Team Lead. Compile standardized operation guides covering equipment calibration, studio visual merchandising, and backend control workflows. Assist the Team Lead with new host trial broadcasts and equipment training. Troubleshoot on-site live emergencies including hardware malfunctions and broken product links. What You Will Need: 1–3 years hands-on TikTok live streaming execution experience; proficient in full TikTok Shop live backend control operations. Practical technical knowledge of live streaming hardware: able to calibrate lighting, cameras, microphones, and stream encoders, with hands-on experience in live studio layout and product display design. Basic verbal English communication skills to coordinate live schedules and share core product information with local US hosts. Able to interpret core live streaming KPIs (traffic, click-through rate, conversion, GMV) and adjust on-site live execution strategies based on data trends. Detail-oriented with strong execution ability; flexible to align with US-China time zones for live streaming scheduling, and skilled at handling multiple concurrent tasks. Preferred Qualifications Prior live streaming experience in designer toys, blind boxes, or cultural merchandise; familiar with art figure display design and unboxing live script logic. Past experience launching overseas live studios and on-site studio construction projects. Basic photography and short-video editing skills to assist in capturing supplementary footage for live channel content.
