The team is responsible for building the TikTok Ecommerce partnership for the TikTok e-commerce business in the US. Responsibilities:

• Design an integrated Seller Live plan to increase the live GMV of Sellers in TikTok Shop.
• Analyze live performance metrics and provide insights to optimize content strategy and improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the XFN team to align sellers' promotions with overall marketing initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date on TikTok trends and algorithm changes to ensure maximum visibility for the shop.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's/ Master's degree in business analytics, marketing or a related discipline.
• Proven track record in business development and sales within the live streaming, e-commerce, media, or digital marketing industry and strong understanding of the intricacies of 1 to 1; and 1 to few relationship building between tech platforms and sellers.
• Ability to work independently and time manage multiple high profile initiatives, curious, self-motivated, bias-for-action ("no task is too small" mentality)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in ambiguity, achieving results in a fast-paced environment, and continually adapting to changing business needs
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills, particularly implemented in external facing situations
• Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, logical and strong in problem solving
• Familiar with TikTok and other content platforms; experience in content-based e-commerce is highly preferred

For Pay TransparencyCompensation Description (Annually) The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $72200 - $121600 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others.
