Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team and oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background managing retail and commercial construction projects , with experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, clients, architects, and internal teams. This position requires someone who can manage multiple priorities while maintaining project schedules, budgets, quality, and client relationships.

Experience with ground-up construction, renovations, remodels, tenant improvements, and fast-track retail projects is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, scopes of work, and procurement plans.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, owners, and project stakeholders.
• Review plans, specifications, contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
• Track project costs, commitments, change orders, and overall financial performance.
• Manage project schedules and identify potential delays or schedule conflicts.
• Conduct regular project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
• Review subcontractor performance and ensure work is completed according to contract requirements.
• Coordinate material procurement and delivery schedules.
• Work closely with Superintendents to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
• Monitor project quality and ensure construction is completed according to plans and specifications.
• Manage client communication and provide regular project updates.
• Review and negotiate change orders, pay applications, and other project-related documentation.
• Assist with project closeout, punch lists, warranties, and turnover.
• Identify project risks and develop solutions to keep projects moving forward.
• Maintain accurate and organized project records throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience preferred.
• Commercial construction experience required.
• Retail construction experience strongly preferred.
• Experience managing projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Strong understanding of construction plans, specifications, contracts, and schedules.
• Experience managing subcontractors and vendors.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities. xhyhwjd
