Das erwartet Dich Du leitest sämtliche Phasen des Implementierungsprojektlebenszyklus um eine erfolgreiche Initiierung, Durchführung, Test, Go Live und Übergabe an den Support zu gewährleisten Du bist in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Kunden-Projektmanager zur Schaffung einer vertrauenswürdigen Ressource Du hast die Verantwortung parallel 3-8 Projekte zu leiten unter Berücksichtigung von Zeit, Budget und Qualität Du erkennst potenzielle Risiken im Projekt und strebst an, diese zu bewältigen Du baust und pflegst die Beziehungen zu Kunden, Teammitgliedern, regionalen Liefermanagern und Führungskräften im Professional Services-Team Du motivierst und inspirierst Teams aus unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen, förderst die Zusammenarbeit und löst Konflikte, um sämtliche Projektziele zu verwirklichen Das bringst Du mit Du hast mind. 8 Jahre Erfahrung als Projektmanager im Professional Services Umfeld von Softwareanbietern/-partnern Du hast umfangreiche Praxis in der Leitung komplexer Software-Implementierungen (SaaS & On-Premise, 50–250+ Tage) Du managst souverän mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig und führst diverse Teams sowie Stakeholder Du kennst dich mit verschiedenen Methoden (Agile, Wasserfall, Hybrid) aus und nutzt Tools wie MS Project und MS Office sicher Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch und Englisch Du bringst ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder gleichwertige Erfahrung mit und verfügst über relevante Zertifizierungen (z. B. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) – ITIL ist ein Plus Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung mit internationalen Kunden sowie Kenntnis von ECM- oder IP-Lösungen #J-18808-Ljbffr SERgroup Holding International GmbH
