Job Description:
Kelly Services is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Pollbook Technical Support Representative. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for Poll Workers and Advisors, assisting them over the phone with troubleshooting and answering questions. Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls from Poll Workers and Advisors regarding questions and location inquiries
• Provide clear troubleshooting steps and technical support to resolve issues
• Accurately log interactions and solutions using data entry software
• Follow detailed verbal and written instructions to ensure correct processes are followed
• Maintain professionalism and composure in a fast-paced environment

Job Requirements & Skills:

• Strong data entry skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to quickly learn processes and work independently after training
• Capable of following verbal and written instructions
• Comfort working in a high-volume, fast-paced environmen
