Our products are sold, installed, and operated in numerous social and gaming venues.If you're looking for a career that's exciting, meaningful, and full of opportunity—Atlantic Bingo is the place to be.Location: Odenton MDPosition SummaryAs a Field Service Technician, you will maintain and service electronic Bingo equipment including handheld electronic gaming units, ensure 100% customer satisfaction, and assist other Field Service Technicians as necessary. You will service customers in MD, VA, WV, PA, DE and NJ. Your typical day will begin mid-morning and end in the early evening hours. However, you must have the flexibility to work outside of these hours.Primary Roles and ResponsibilitiesRepair/Maintenance of electronic gaming devices and other Bingo equipment.Equipment installation, light mechanical refurbishing, maintain preventative maintenance schedules.Customer service.Assisting in tech sales as needed.Requirements, Experience and Education• High school diploma / GED equivalent.• Basic electronics, PC knowledge, and networking knowledge.• Microsoft applications and Windows knowledge.• You will be required to obtain a Maryland Lottery Tech License.Physical Requirements• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.Other Skills/Abilities:• Must be self-motivated, self-sufficient, and able to follow directions.• Must be able to work into the early evening hours and weekends as needed.• Service locations are located throughout the Mid-Atlantic area. You must be open to driving distances and periodic overnight stays.
