This role works with more advanced and multi/complex systems, proactively troubleshoots systems, works with mechanical, electrical, diesel equipment conditions, conducts preventative maintenance and parts inventory, and anticipates and corrects safety issues (both Company and Customer owned equipment). They set high standards for their own performance and are committed to achieving objectives efficiently and effectively.**Education & Experience Requirements:*** HS diploma or equivalent**Experience Requirements:*** Ability to obtain DOT Medical card* Clean driving record* Work experience preferred* Able to pass background check & pre-employment drug screen* Water treatment experience highly preferred* Plumbing/HVAC experience A PLUS* 3 to 7 years of technical work experience**Skill Requirements:*** Electrical, mechanical, diesel, fusion experience depending on business unit* Work without direct supervision and provides coaching/training to junior-level technicians* Technically sound* Experience with Microsoft Office including smart devices* Must have customer service experience* Demonstrates critical thinking and troubleshooting ability* Synthesizes technical information and communicates it clearly* Derives insight from customer experience to produce outcomes and solve problems often in novel and unexpected ways\*\*Job postings will include a wide salary range, with each role's pay falling within that range.
