Our bartenders prioritize genuine hospitality, crafting exceptional cocktails and creating memorable experiences for our guests.BENEFITS: THE GOOD STUFFMedical insurance benefits are available for hourly workers averaging 30 hours per week within 90 days of hiring or at the next open enrollment.401k available after one year (12-month period with 1,000 hours of service by open enrollment) for individuals 21 years or older.Pathways for growth and development, with encouraged opportunities for promotion into Leadership roles.EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum of two (2) years of bartending experience.Craft cocktail knowledge preferred.Fun, energetic, and work with a genuine care for the guest experienceMust be able to read and speak English; bilingual Spanish speaking a plusAbility to stand for extended periods and lift at least 50 pounds.Must meet the minimum age requirement to serve alcoholMaintain current State Alcohol Serving certifications (upon hire).Practice proper sanitation procedures and adhere to regulations regarding alcohol sales and service.Must be available to work a variety of shifts: days, evenings, late nights, weekends, and various holidaysRESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO):Greet and welcome guests professionally and friendly.Arrive on time for scheduled shifts, ready to work.Wear the proper uniform at all times (all Team Members require non-slip shoes).Assemble/dismantle the bar area according to proper procedures.Maintain cleanliness of the entire bar during the shift.Assist guests with any questions or concerns regarding the menu.Handle credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.Communicate questions or issues to Management promptly.Work collaboratively with coworkers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner.Perform opening and closing duties.Set up the team for success in the next shift.Build and serve cocktails according to approved recipesCompletion of continuous training from platforms and classesVerify guests meet legal drinking age requirements before providing an alcohol beverageIf you're passionate about delivering exceptional service, connecting with guests on a personal level, and contributing to a dynamic team environment, we invite you to apply!Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
