You'll craft exceptional cocktails and act as both Ambassador and Experience Guide, ensuring every Guest feels welcome, valued, and inspired to return. Your responsibilities will include:Delivering sincere, positive, and attentive hospitality to every GuestCrafting drinks with precision, creativity, and consistencyAnticipating Guest needs and tailoring the bar experienceMaintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing barSupporting Team Members through proactive, hands-on assistanceMastering menu knowledge - including wine, spirits, and culinary detailsMaintaining impeccable professionalism, poise, and energy throughout the shiftEnsuring compliance with all health, safety, and ABC regulationsContributing to a culture of collaboration, feedback, and mutual respectWhat we're looking for:1-2 years of bartending or serving experience in a high-volume or upscale dining environmentStrong spirits, wine, and mixology knowledgeA genuine passion for hospitality and Guest connectionStrong communication skills and a team-first mindsetHigh standards for appearance, punctuality, and professionalismAbility to work on your feet and lift up to 50 lbsA growth-oriented attitude - always seeking to improve, innovate, and leadWhy M Street?
