Responsibilities Follow all company policies and procedures. Follow and ensure compliance to quality system and cGMP programs. Provide current and accurate information about raw material certifications used or being considered for use by the company. Maintain and monitor spreadsheets used to track certification program compliance for raw material and finished product certifications. Assist in preparation of customer and regulatory audits. Support supplier qualification and product certification programs. Coordinate with suppliers and customers as needed. Research and provide information for special projects as needed. Qualifications Non‑supervisory role. No certifications or licenses required. Must have moderate language skills. Must have moderate writing skills. Must be willing to learn new tasks and procedures. Ability to efficiently and effectively perform all essential position duties and responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation without posing a direct safety threat to self or others.
