Care Management Admin Specialist
Molina Healthcare of Illinois
Molina Healthcare in Downers Grove, IL is hiring several Care Manager Processors to support care management efforts. This role reports to the Molina Healthcare office in Downers Grove up to four times per week and requires living within a reasonable driving distance. A CMP performs outreach to members, assists care managers with identifying needs, and ensures connections to appropriate services.
