Position Highlights

Location: Atlanta, GA

Contract Length: 12 Weeks

Schedule: 5x8 Days, Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Travel Pay: Up to $2,300 Weekly Gross

Local Rate: $50/hr W2

No Call

No Weekends

What You'll Do:

As a Case Manager RN, you'll play a critical role in coordinating patient care and ensuring safe, timely discharges. Responsibilities include:

✅ Assessing and evaluating patient needs throughout hospitalization

✅ Developing and driving discharge plans

✅ Coordinating post-acute care services and transitions of care

✅ Monitoring patient progress and addressing barriers to discharge

✅ Managing length of stay and utilization review activities

✅ Ensuring compliance with Medicare guidelines, including IMM and MOON documentation

✅ Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes

Requirements:

✔ Active GA RN License or Compact License

✔ Minimum 3 Years of Case Management Experience in an Acute Care Hospital

✔ Previous Travel Experience Required

✔ BLS Certification Required

✔ Strong knowledge of:

• Care Coordination
• Discharge Planning
• Medical Necessity Reviews
• InterQual and Milliman Guidelines
• CMS Regulations
• Concurrent and Continued Stay Reviews
• Appeals & Denials Management
