We're hiring an Onsite Call Center Representative in Concord, NH to provide high-quality customer service support in a fast-paced call center environment. In this role, you will handle inbound customer calls, resolve inquiries, and deliver a positive customer experience while meeting performance goals.

Location: Concord, NH

Pay Rate: $16.50/hr

Shift Information: M-F, 8:30am 5:00pm EST

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional customer service support via inbound calls
• Handle high-volume call center interactions efficiently and accurately
• Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records through data entry and system updates
• Follow company processes, compliance standards, and quality guidelines
• Meet productivity, attendance, and performance metrics
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Experience working with NH Medicaid

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous call center or customer service experience
• Experience handling inbound customer support calls
• Bilingual skills (if applicable)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
