Restaurant Assistant General Manager Requirements:
- A true leader with the ability to help build a great team.
- Hands-on, in-the-trenches management style
- Huge passion for great food, great beverages, and great service
- Minimum of 2 years of restaurant AGM experience
- Strong knowledge of the P&L - ability to manage all cost areas
- Fully responsible for all orders, inventories, training, and development
