And now we’re expanding to help millions more drivers in the UK and Spain. To help fuel that growth, we need a Claims Administrator to join our Claims UK team in Manchester. Our Claims Team is a pillar of our strategic plan for Prima’s future growth. In this role you will be instrumental in resolving customer complaints, conducting case investigations, and delivering fair, empathetic outcomes. Key qualifications include strong communication and conflict resolution skills, along with strong experience in Motor Customer Claims, with a deep understanding of standard motor insurance processes and the mechanics of the customer journey. Excited to make an impact? Here are the details What you'll do Back-Office Customer Admin: Handle the digital and written processing of claims, reviews, and case investigations. You will manage incoming correspondence, update system files, and resolve task-based administration to ensure fair outcomes. Engineering & Technical Support: Coordinate the administration between claims handlers, field engineers, and approved repairers. This includes processing engineering reports, tracking repair progress milestones, and updating internal systems. Payment Administration & Bordereaux Management: Monitor all incoming payment requests, accurately raise and approve transactions, and take responsibility for keeping both internal financial logs and supplier bordereaux meticulously up to date. Data & System Management: Keep our internal databases meticulously up-to-date. You will ensure all claim documentation, repair invoices, and technical notes are accurately recorded and compliant with UK standards. Ad-Hoc Administrative Tasks: Take ownership of varied back-office administrative tasks as and when required to keep the UK claims engine running smoothly. Task-Driven Mindset: Someone who loves putting their head down, focusing on digital workflows, and accurately executing a variety of administrative tasks. Tech-Savvy & Adaptable: Quick to learn new tech, workflow tools, and internal database systems. Good proficiency with standard office software is essential. Attention to Detail: Excellent organizational skills with an eye for spotting inconsistencies when reviewing reports, invoices, or case data.
