Member Support Analyst Location: Miami, FL - on site 5 days a week Role Snapshot TalentoHC is partnering with a well-established organization in the restaurant and foodservice industry seeking a Member Support Analyst to join its Member Support team. This role combines customer service, administrative coordination, reporting, and analytical support while serving as an important point of contact for members and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings a strong customer-service mindset, excellent organization and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This individual will support day-to-day member requests, communications, reporting, projects, and business systems while helping ensure members receive timely, accurate, and professional service. About the Opportunity The Member Support Analyst will provide operational, administrative, and analytical support across the Member Support function. This person will assist with member communications, reporting, project coordination, account administration, and ongoing support of a pricing management platform. A significant part of the role involves responding to member questions and help desk requests, troubleshooting issues, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring inquiries are resolved or appropriately escalated. Comprehensive training will be provided for organization-specific systems and processes. Key Responsibilities Provide responsive, professional support to members through help desk calls and emails, with an emphasis on delivering a positive customer experience. Respond to member inquiries within established service-level expectations and document requests, resolutions, procedures, and changes within Zendesk. Troubleshoot member issues, identify appropriate solutions, and **escalate** more complex matters when necessary. Support users of the organization's pricing management platform, including franchisees and IT professionals, with troubleshooting, coordination, and general system assistance. Manage user setup and maintenance for master-level website accounts across multiple stakeholder groups. Assist with the daily review, organization, and follow-up of emails, correspondence, and member requests. Prepare follow-up communications, meeting summaries, and other member-facing materials. Assist with the preparation and proofreading of newsletters, updates, and other member communications. Support reporting and analysis activities, including reconciliation support, coupon analysis, pricing analysis, and other business reporting. Create presentations, spreadsheets, charts, reports, and meeting materials. Track project timelines, deliverables, and follow-up items to help ensure timely completion. Collaborate across departments to resolve member needs and support broader organizational initiatives. Provide additional operational and project support based on evolving business priorities. Qualifications Associate or bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred. 2-5 years of experience in customer support, administrative support, business coordination, operations, or a related function. Experience within the QSR, restaurant, hospitality, or foodservice industry is preferred. Experience working with help desk or ticketing platforms such as Zendesk is a plus. Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate information and recommend practical solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder requests while remaining organized and accountable. Strong customer-service orientation with the ability to demonstrate patience, professionalism, responsiveness, and empathy. Comfortable learning new technology platforms and assisting users with system-related questions and troubleshooting. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments and with diverse stakeholders. Professional, dependable, and committed to continuous learning and development.
