In this role, you will deliver professional massage services that enhance overall health and well-being, utilizing your expertise in various therapeutic techniques. Your energetic and compassionate approach will help clients feel rejuvenated and cared for in a welcoming environment dedicated to excellence in patient care. Responsibilities • Perform customized massage therapies including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other modalities tailored to individual patient needs. • Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and identify specific areas of concern. • Provide exceptional patient service by creating a relaxing atmosphere and ensuring client comfort throughout each session. • Educate clients on post-treatment care, stretching routines, and pain management strategies to support ongoing wellness. • Maintain accurate documentation of treatments, patient progress, and any relevant medical information using proper medical terminology. • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients with complex or chronic conditions. • Uphold all safety protocols related to occupational health standards and hygiene practices within the spa or clinic setting. Requirements • Valid certification as a Massage Therapist from an accredited program; current licensure or registration as required by local regulations. • Proven experience in patient service, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and personalized care. • Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and pain management. • Expertise in advanced techniques such as deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other therapeutic modalities. • Familiarity with occupational health standards and best practices for maintaining a safe treatment environment. • Prior experience working in a med spa or similar healthcare setting is highly desirable. • Excellent communication skills to effectively assess patient needs and explain treatment options clearly.
