Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Pediatric Private Duty ????✨
Saturdays | Day Shift | One‑on‑One Care
???? Location: Mt. Pleasant, PA
???? Schedule: Saturday | 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Community Care, Inc. is looking for a compassionate and dedicated LPN to provide 1:1 private duty nursing care for a wonderful 6‑year‑old male child . ???? What You'll Do- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Perform g-tube care/feedings
- Administer medications safely and accurately
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with the care team and family
- Deliver exceptional, family‑centered pediatric care
- Current LPN (or RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- At least 6 months of nursing experience (home health preferred, but not required)
- CPR certification
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- A caring heart, strong independence, and a passion for pediatric care
