Job Description

Window Genie is the largest residential window cleaning company in the USA. We are a Neighborly company, the largest home services franchise company in the World. Our services include window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, holiday lighting, and window tinting.

No Experience Needed
Prior experience running a crew is a plus but not mandatory

Earn up to $20-25 per hour & $1,000 per week

5 Days paid vacation per year after 6 months of employment
Dental and Vision after 90 days
All Paid Holidays
No Late Nights and almost no weekends. Saturdays reserved for Holiday Lighting in October and November during peak season. No Sundays

Specific Responsibilities:

Lead a home services team/ crew
Perform residential window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, holiday lighting, and window tinting services
Perform other home services as necessary
Keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition

Job Requirements:

No experience necessary but prior experience in any of our service categories is a plus
Physical ability to lift ladders
Willing and able to work up to 32' on a ladder
